Food is medicine. Our digestive system (anna vaha srotas) is quite literally the foundation to good health, and in almost any case the root cause of disease when imbalanced.

Diet is not just about eating what it commonly considered 'healthy'.

It is about eating what is right for your unique mind-body type.

It is not just mechanically 'doing/eating the right thing'.

It is about the manner, the attention and care with which you encounter and consume food.
