Arise! Getting you pain free, moving and living better than ever.

Osteopathy is so much more than pain management!

Osteopathy is about improving whole body function. What does that mean? It means resolving pain and rehabilitating injuries by taking the whole body into consideration and then taking preventative measures to reduce the likelihood that it’ll happen again.

Nicola Raimbert is an experienced osteopath drawn to osteopathy by its holistic philosophy and gentle hands on approach. She values the large range of techniques available to osteopaths that enable her to care for clients of all ages and treat a wide variety of conditions. She has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy and post-natal care, and paediatrics. She has undertaken post graduate study in the fields of obstetrics, paediatrics and osteopathy in the cranial field.

Nicola has a passion for caring for and empowering the ‘whole person’ by providing integrated health care with other medical and allied health practitioners. This passion led her to commence practice in 2012, at ATUNE Health Centres in Newcastle, a leading integrated health centre. In her six years there, Nicola had the opportunity to work with practitioners from a wide range of specialities including GP’s, psychologists, naturopaths, physiotherapists and breathing therapists, to name a few. She found the broad scope of continuing education this provided invaluable. The highlight of her time there was creating and directing an integrated maternity care department to support women through all stages of conception, pregnancy and the post natal period.
