🧘‍♂️Your Higher Self Leads. I Simply Listen.

Over the years, the way I hold space has deepened.
What began with Reiki has gently expanded;
to include sound, energy, emotion, and the sacred power of presence.

These days, sessions with me don’t follow a strict formula.
They are guided by something greater.
Your higher self leads… I simply listen.

We begin by sitting together; in truth, in curiosity, in compassion.
We explore what you’re carrying, what you’re ready to shift, and what your soul might be whispering beneath the noise.

Then, we move to the healing table…
and the rest unfolds; sometimes with Reiki/Universal Energy, sometimes sound, sometimes frequency, oils, essences, or breath.
Always guided. Never forced.

We finish with a gentle debrief
and I’ll often offer a simple practice,
a soul nudge,
a piece of light to carry with you as you re-enter the world.

I don’t heal you.
But I walk with you…
as you remember your own healing power.

And for that, I am deeply honoured.

🙃There is a cosmic crescendo moving through Earth right now and if you have been feeling it in your body, mind, emotions… you are not alone.

We are moving through a powerful convergence:
