Thankyou to the Cowaramup Lions Club and the community for a special breakfast to celebrate those who contribute so much to the community and to welcome those who have joined us more recently and have chosen to become Australian Citizens. Yesterday we welcomed Dr Pyae Wai as an Australian Citizen. She is proud to call Australia home and we are happy to have her as a member of our aussie family.

We hold a BBQ for men every Sunday. 7am at Rotary Park.
Our goal is to normalise the stigma around our mental health and create hope in the community. We aren't professionals and just a bunch of blokes who have been through a bit and still are so want to create a space for men in a similar space.
We turn up for ourselves and for others. We have a bit of bacon, a chat and go for a walk. We enjoy each others company, talk openly and support one another.
If you are thinking of coming down it is a very relaxed group, you can take from it what you want. If you are just looking to meet some good blokes and have a nice brekky that's sweet, if you need a little more there is a bunch of blokes there to support. Walking is encouraged but optional, we wont leave anyone on their own. New faces are always welcomed with open arms, all you need to bring is yourself!

Happy to announce the first sale of my art from the walls with 10% of the sale proceeds going to an amazing charity here in our community 🤗
“Jungle Dragons” a gorgeous little piece from my “Phyllopteryx - Dragons of the Sea “series caught the eye of a local couple who subsequently arranged to purchase it and take it home.
Last Friday I met with Deb - the lovely new owner, along with the Margaret River Practice Manager Wendy and River Angels Board Member Colin Davies to mark the occasion with the first art piece going to its new home - and the first donation presented to River Angels 👼
We can all help to help those less fortunate in our community and if I can do it through creating art 🖼️ I’ll keep on creating and creating ❤️❤️❤️
