And that’s a wrap!

Yesterday saw my first 50hr Ta***ic Hatha Yoga training come to an end, a week of embodied practice, working through the seven components of awakening Kundalini, to come to an understanding of our innate brilliance, and cultivating more joyousness and fearlessness.

We danced with our shadows and brought them into the light, built Prana to bring power to our practice and as we walked through the fire, we saw our own sweetness, grace and beauty.

Life as a sacred offering. Our hearts full of devotion and faith.

A massive thank you to for trusting me on this journey.

I was blown away with your dedication and willingness to do the hard yards. You are true warrior goddesses 🙏🙏

Thanks as well to for her beautiful voice guiding us in mantra, sacred song woven through each day, as well as for assisting me set up and pack down each day. It made each day so much more easeful.

Day four of the 50hr Ta***ic Hatha Yoga Training.

Probably the hardest day yet but this bunch of Tantrik Yogis are tough and determined.

The mantra for today? Reveal it all to me. Show me everything. I want to know. I can handle it. Resting in the light of the Inner Teacher.

Forever grateful for this opportunity to share this ancient wisdom with those prepared to dive deep.

Tomorrow we step into the fire of transformation before moving into sweetness and devotion for the last couple of days.

It’s a journey of unveiling and remembering the brilliance of our own luminosity. It’s equal parts strength and softness and it brings us closer and closer to joyousness and fearlessness.

It’s everything and nothing.

It’s nearly time! The manuals have arrived and preparations are almost complete…

This has been a long held dream of mine to run a 50hr training on Ta***ic Hatha Yoga, a path that elevated and accelerated my own self growth and practice.

And on Monday, it becomes a reality.

Looking forward to sharing my love and all I’ve embodied through this tradition, with a small but dedicated group of seekers and practitioners.

Join and myself for a day on Boodja. This is round 2 for us and this retreat- we unfortunately had to cancel our September offering after Anu came down with the virus from hell…

Celebrate yourself and this beautiful country we live in with a gentle hike from Meelup Beach to Eagle Bay hall. After a brief respite, we will gather for a Ta***ic Hatha practice (beginner friendly) before breaking for lunch (and a swim if desired), before coming together in a sacred, intentional circle to share (or not) and to join in sacred song.

We decided since offering this last time, that we wish to form a community for these events, and as such have reduced the price to $75 until the end of this month and $85 from there on. So, we’re asking you to pack yourself a lunch and snacks, and we will provide chai and cake to sweeten the deal!

From the desert to the reef, from amazing underwater worlds to a harsh and ancient landscape, the North West Cape of WA is spectaular.

Join Lydia Rega from and myself on a magical 6 nights/7 day exploration of this World Heritage Listed area from May 18-24 2026 for our Yogaveda WILD Retreat.

This area was my home for nearly 20 years so I know it well and can’t wait to share it with you!

Our time will be divided staying in the town of Exmouth where you will have the opportunity to swim with the Whalesharks- an iconic experience. While in town, you will also be treated to an Ayurvedic long table dinner as well as a night of gourmet delights at the beautiful Mantaray’s Resort.

The rest of our time will be on the west side of the cape, staying in chalet accommodation at Yardie Creek Homestead. From here, we will have easy access to the reef- think snorkelling and swimming in crystal clear turquoise waters simply brimming with colourful fish and corals. We will also explore the interior travelling up Yardie Creek by boat to spot the endangered Black footed rock wallaby. There will be options to hike these ancient gorges as well. We will also travel down to Coral Bay for a day trip to check out this charming coastal village and its reefs. Time permitting, we will stop at Bullara Station for their famous scones on the way down.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a yoga retreat with plenty of time for that also! Each day will start with Ta***ic Hatha yoga and Lydia will weave her Ayurvedic wisdom throughout our week.

After living up north for years where flowers aren’t really a thing (except for wildflowers in season), I’ve been loving having lots of colour in the house. Even the weeds are beautiful down here (see the second photo of those pink beauties) 😂😂

I’m sure my housemates think I’m nuts but they’re surviving as I fill the place up with plants 😝

It took a while to get everyone back together, but last night we finally did it!

A huge congratulations to all our incredible students who completed first 200hr YTT

We continued the celebration with an incredible sound healing from (who is also Sama’s boss lady 😝) and dinner

, Sarah and myself are so proud of this lot, and can’t wait to guide the next intake of students starting at the end of January 2026.

I’ve been practicing this way for around 10 years and it’s been a complete game changer for me. Ta**ra Hatha Yoga main goal is to create more freedom, accomplishment and fulfilment and I have certainly found this to be true- hence why I’m so passionate about sharing it!

This training will be heavily practice based to give you the opportunity to truly embody the beauty of this style of yoga. Ta**ra Hatha is very systematic, utilising the subtler aspects of the yogic tradition and we will be progressing through the seven components to awaken kundalini during the training.

It is open to teachers and serious seekers - while you will certainly leave with tools which you can use in your own classes, my main goal is for you to leave with an embodied sense of your own fearlessness and joyousness.

Today marks 1 year since I moved to the South West.
