Sādhanā Retreats launches today, on Akshaya Tritiya.

May our practice and devotion remain steady and undiminished.

You’re welcome to explore the first of our retreats and begin whenever you’re ready.

There’s a pace many of us have learnt to live at.
Always on. Always moving. Always thinking about what’s next.

Even our practice can start to mirror it.

More classes. More intensity. More input.
And somewhere in that, we lose the space to actually receive it.

Slow and Steady is our first online retreat, created as a different kind of day.

Not to do more,
but to step out of the momentum long enough to feel what’s there underneath it.

A retreat where the structure is already held for you,
so you don’t have to think about what comes next.

Where the practices guide you gradually inward,
and the spaces in between are just as important as the sessions themselves.

There is time to move,
time to rest,
and time to simply be without needing to fill it.

This is a one-day online retreat,
guided by experienced teachers across a range of practices,
designed to gently shift you out of the busy mind and back into something steadier.

It’s pre-recorded and on demand,
so you can begin when you’re ready.
Once activated, you have a 5 day access period.

If you’ve been feeling stretched,
or caught in a rhythm that doesn’t quite allow you to land,
this may be the pause you’ve been needing.

Slow and Steady opens Monday.

A reflection from one of the first to move through the Slow and Steady retreat.

This is exactly what these retreats are here to offer, a clear structure with space to pause, reflect and reconnect.

More to come as we move towards launch.

Sādhanā Retreats is almost ready to launch, and this has never been a solo effort.

There are many people behind what you’re seeing here. People who gave their time, creative input and attention to detail in ways that have shaped this into what it is.

To the teachers who trusted this vision and created such thoughtful offerings, thank you.

To those who supported the build behind the scenes. .radiance for turning my scribbles into a beautiful website and course platform. for listening deeply and crafting the imagery I had been holding. Georgia, Jane and Wags, for the last-minute but first-class modelling.

To the beta group who moved through the retreat with honesty and generosity, your reflections have helped refine this in ways I couldn’t have done alone.

To my friends and family, thank you for the endless support - I’ll be out to play soon!

And to those who offered encouragement, spell checks and a sounding board along the way, it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

This has been a slow and considered process over several years, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you.

Why We 🫶🏽 Keli

Keli brings a rare blend of grace, depth and playfulness to the mat. Her teaching is rooted in tradition with a lightheartedness that makes the practice feel both joyful and profound - and her gorgeous accent is the cherry on top.

Her classes are proof that discipline and delight can absolutely sit side by side.

The last slide is taken from one of Keli’s asana classes within our first retreat, Slow and Steady. Opening April 20.

Curious how our online retreats work?

After purchase, you’ll receive lifetime access to the Pre-Retreat Information and the Sādhanā Circle community.

The Pre-Retreat Information supports you to prepare your space, organise meals and props, so you can step into the experience as intended. When you’re ready, you activate your retreat.

Your access window depends on the retreat length. Within that time, the retreat itself is completed in its intended timeframe.

The schedule follows a considered arc, with each session building on the last.

You’re encouraged to follow it as designed so the experience can land fully, while still allowing space to pause or rest when needed.

There’s nowhere else to be.

Doors open 20 April, with our 1 day Slow & Steady postural yoga retreat.

Why We 🫶🏽 Jane

Jane teaches with humour and heart, creating spaces that feel both safe and real. She invites us to embrace the dance of being human, not as something to perfect, but with acceptance. Her natural warmth and ease have a way of making you feel immediately at home in her classes.

So Much Love For Bec

Bec teaches with heart, humility, and an incredible sensitivity to the uniqueness of every body. Her cues are spot on and her delivery warm and welcoming — a true guide back to yourself.

Her emphasis on slowing down and practising with presence has influenced many students to rethink the way they approach yoga.

The final slide includes a short excerpt from one of Bec’s meditation classes.

Feeling depleted after the intensity of the festive season? Even though the sun’s out (in the southern hemisphere) your body may be asking you to turn your attention to your own needs.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, weeks of socialising, travel, rich food, late nights, alcohol, disrupted routines and family dynamics can aggravate Vata - the principle associated with movement, the nervous system and depletion. When Vata is high, energy can feel scattered, sleep unsettled and the body under-nourished.

Rather than pushing yourself to “get back on track”, these simple practices support steadiness, replenishment and hugs from the inside. And once you feel your vitality returning, don’t stop there. Make these and other restorative practices a regular part of 2026 and beyond. Fill your cup first.

Golden Milk
A traditional Ayurvedic preparation used to nourish the tissues and calm the nervous system. Warm, spiced milk supports digestion while offering a deeply settling quality - especially helpful in the evening or when you feel run down.

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk of your choice
½ teaspoon of dry turmeric
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon good quality ghee (omit if you don’t consume dairy)

Optional:
1 teaspoon sweetener - Jaggery/maple syrup/sugar/chopped date/honey*
¼ teaspoon dry cardamon, ¼ teaspoon dry ginger

Method:
Add the milk to a saucepan along with the spices and bring gently to a slow boil. Once the milk has risen once, lower the heat and allow it to simmer briefly so the spices infuse. Remove from the heat, stir in the sweetener, then pour into your favourite mug - or blend for a few seconds if you’d like it lightly frothed. Add the ghee and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Curl up somewhere comfortable and sip slowly.

*Heated honey is considered toxic in Ayurveda so only add it after the milk has cooled down a bit.

Caution: Turmeric can stain clothes and benchtops.
