It is a fascia-focussed body-minded movement method. This integral mat-based training can be enhanced and adapted with massage balls or other small supportive props. In this class the focus lies on the health-enhancing qualities of fascia, which contribute to the balance of your posture, movement efficiency and your vitality. The contrasting movement sequences contain dynamic and rhythmical, as well as soft and melting exercises in all body positions. The method is based on new findings in fascia research and movement science. The sense of well-being and freedom after a Slings class is priceless! Movement Therapy & Slings
Movement therapy is divers, and its richness is optimally enhanced with the fascia-focussed Slings Myofascial Training concept. The focus lies on you alone; your long and short-term goals, which can range from rehabilitation to better athleticism or just being more at home in your body. The integral exercises are mat-based and can be enhanced with massage balls or other small supportive props. Through the integration of Slings Myofascial Training physical resources are further strengthened and structural balance is optimised. When stress shows up, I start by noticing where it lands in my body.

What sensation is present?
What emotion is tied to that sensation?

Then I ask:
What does this part of me need right now?
Love, space, acceptance, or simply the feeling of being safe enough to soften.
I use my breath as an anchor—
a momentary pause, a gap, a return to the present.

Journaling Before & After:
• Am I truly paying attention to my sensations?
• Can I separate what my body feels from the emotions I place on those sensations?
• And finally: How do I feel now—physically, emotionally, energetically?

This is how I come home to myself. 🤍

This is how attuning looked like the other day - our bodies can be used like tuning forks - do you use it to attune to the frequency you want to vib on? To become aware what no longer is in harmonious frequency and how to move it through the body so it doesn’t get stuck or stagnates your vibrational expression?

S L O W days have become a new love of mine. In 2026 I am devoting more days to be slow - to listen - then respond to what the slowing down will allow me to hear, feel, and create from a space of deep abundance and joy.

2025 has and still does feel like I have had tow years in the one. The richness of it, the multitude of deeply healing and transformative experiences as well as the many new and old pople that have helped shape these experiences is monumental and so is my gratitude for it all.

I have drawn many insights from this year, and I know it’s not over yet, and more is still unfolding.
I can still feel the becoming and integration of its richness and its lessons.
I ‘knew’ - felt from the get go of 2025 that it will be highly transformative and very pacy - how it would transpire I didn’t know of course, yet I could sense it’s energy even before it had started. I’m grateful I had that sense it’s helped me to keep up with the pace it has. I have been truly pushed through the eye of the needle, had a few baptism, deaths, and rebirths, GRATITUDE is to small of a word for how I feel about 2025 and it’s lessons.

At times I wished for an extra pause, a slowing down, and yet I knew it was as it was meant to be in order for me to experience such transformation and also become so clear in what I needs to change for 2026.

💙More time to be informed
🩵More time at home
💛More creativity time
💚More play time
💜More social time

Equally I wouldn’t really change anything about 2025, cause it needed to be that way for me to understand, grow, dare take that candid leap, and be that honest with myself - ego deaths are hard 😉.

2026 I know will have a very different feel … so curious if my notion of it now will transpire in that way.
