With winter starting soon, now is the time to prepare for cold and flu season by keeping up to date with vaccinations, increase hand hygiene, staying at home if you are sick and general immune system support. Come in-store to chat to our pharmacist on vaccinations such as Whooping Cough, RSV, shingles and influenza. *The RSV vaccine is primarily recommended for adults aged 75 and older and pregnant women (28–36 weeks gestation) to protect their newborns. Additionally, adults aged 60–74 with medical risk factors—such as chronic heart/lung disease or weakened immune systems—are strongly advised to get vaccinated. Those aged 60–74 without risk factors may still consider it after consulting a healthcare professional.
