Group Sound Sessions - A Gentle Rhythm to Return To 🎶

There is something deeply supportive about gathering in sound together. Our weekly Happy Monday Sound Meditation offers a steady beginning to the week - a moment to settle the nervous system, clear the mind, and arrive with intention.

And on the first Friday of each month, we come together for Reset Friday Sound Bath - a longer, immersive session to release tension and reconnect before the weekend. The next Reset Friday will be held on Friday 6 March, and you are warmly invited 🙏

Less is more in the sound world 🙏

Over the years I’ve watched many trends come and go - louder instruments, faster techniques, more stimulation. Yet the nervous system doesn’t settle through “more”. It settles through clarity, precision, and intention.

Sound is powerful, but only when it’s held with depth, presence and skill. This is why I continue to teach through the Peter Hess® Method - a system shaped over four decades, refined in practice, and grounded in safety and somatic understanding 🎶

Your body feels the difference between noise and meaning - between performance and presence. Thank you for valuing the quieter path with me ✨

With love,
Ute 🌺

Peter Hess® Throat Bowl - Delicate Support for the Upper Body 🎶

The Throat Bowl is one of the gentlest Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls, crafted specifically for the sensitive area of the upper chest, décolleté, throat, and voice. Its unique forged shape allows it to sit lightly and securely on the upper body, offering soft, steady vibrations that relax the neck and chest muscles while calming the mind.

Because of its fine sound quality and subtle resonance, this bowl is often used as part of Sound Massage in the upper body area, and even in beauty, wellness, and speech therapy settings. For clients who find the larger Heart Bowl too heavy, the Throat Bowl offers a beautifully refined alternative - supportive, precise, and deeply soothing 🙏

A gentle reminder that sound doesn’t need to be strong to be effective. Sometimes the quietest frequencies travel the furthest.

In resonance,
Ute 💛

✨ Guided Sound Meditation with Kirsten ✨

If you’re longing for a gentle moment to slow down, soften, and reconnect, Kirsten is offering a beautiful guided sound meditation on Friday, 20 March from 6:00 - 7:00pm in our Margaret River studio.

This one-hour journey supports the nervous system, encourages emotional regulation, and creates a space where you can simply pause - whether you’re completely new to sound or already familiar with its quiet power.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for a cup of tea and ease gently back into your evening.

From my heart to yours,
Ute 🤍

What qualifies someone to offer sound work? 🤔

As sound work becomes more visible online, it feels important to pause and ask gentle, thoughtful questions about training and experience. Personal history with sound, musical skill, and intuition can all be meaningful foundations - but professional sound practice also asks for structured education, supervision, and clear standards.

A well-trained practitioner will usually have no hesitation explaining where and how they trained, and what informs their approach. This isn’t about comparison - it’s about safety, responsibility, and respect for the people we support.

Curiosity isn’t criticism. It’s care.

In resonance,
Ute 🙏

What an incredible two days ✨

Congratulations to our beautiful new group of practitioners who completed Fascia & Sound I online.

Together we explored the interplay between sound and the fascial system, deepened our understanding of myofascial meridians and force transmission, and refined how therapeutic-grade singing bowls can gently stimulate and regulate the body’s systems.

Thank you to everyone who joined us from across the world and especially those navigating challenging time zones. We truly appreciate your commitment and presence 🌍🙏

Deep gratitude to our amazing teachers .aom

Wishing you all the very best for your treatments ahead. Happy sounding 🔔

Fascia & Sound II will take place in person in Margaret River this November - stay tuned.
