We’re Hiring a Cave Diver (After School & Weekends)

We’re looking to add another Cave Diver to our team at City Cave Redcliffe.

Let’s keep this simple…

We’re not looking for Sloths.
We’re looking for Energiser Bunnies.

The Role
Perfect for students 15+ wanting after school, weekend and holiday work.

This role is the heartbeat of our centre keeping every float room, sauna and space spotless, reset, and ready for the next guest.

We’re Looking For an Energiser Bunny Who:
• Moves with purpose (not slowly, not “eventually”)
• Takes pride in doing things properly — every time
• Notices the small details others miss
• Is happy to start in cleaning, with opportunity to grow into customer service
• Can follow clear systems without cutting corners

This Role Is NOT for Sloths Who:
• Avoid cleaning or think it’s “gross”
• Cancel shifts for last-minute social plans
• Drag their feet or leave jobs half done
• Need to be constantly told what to do

(We run a high-standard environment everyone pulls their weight.)
