Coming very soon to your neighbourhood (SE QLD) sound healings with a choice of laying on yoga mat with bolster OR one of SIX new yoga hammocks.
OMG comfy doesn’t describe it- SOoooo nourishing.
As I lay in the protege I feel my nervous system heal and recuperate to such a nurtured space.

It’s been the best having it (since they arrived 2 weeks ago) and I cannot wait to share this experience with you all.
