Hi all, just updating that this page will be closing soon and all posts will now be on The Authentic Soul Collective. 🙏💜

I have been given my surgery date - Monday 27th April (1 week today). 🙏🙏🙏

It feels good to have forward momentum and not too much time to overthink it all. I am still focusing on living in the present and enjoying each moment rather than over planning or allowing my mind to spiral into “what if’s”.

I’m also noticing every synchronicity on this journey and they are everywhere! So I trust this is truly part of my journey and while I have to be mindful to do my part (slowing down, staying present, taking supplements that will assist my recovery, staying active, eating as clean as possible), I know that I am supported in every aspect.

I know I have to embrace my inner warrior for this next part of my journey. And Tracey Mcmahon and To Be Truly Free Photography captured this picture of me doing just that. I noticed when I stepped into my warrior energy that it isn’t aggressive, hostile or war like - it is a protector/defender, peaceful and strong energy and I love that.

We all have an inner warrior - it’s good to get to know that part of ourselves before it’s called on for action. Have you thought about what your inner warrior energy is?

Hello beautiful souls.

You may or may not have heard but I have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
It’s early days & overall I’m doing okay, but there is a journey ahead.

I was going to merge my 2 businesses (High Vibrations & The Little House of Healing) into one amazing business called The Authentic Soul Collective in October once Uni had finished & bring all my amazing offerings into one space dedicated to supporting people to walk authentically through their journey.

Well, the Universe has decided that now is the time to unify and my first order of authentic sharing is my journey through breast cancer. What is your avoidant pattern?

Listening to Lee Harris’ February update today & he posed the question - why are you re-telling a story of something that happened to you over & over? Is it because you’re avoiding feeling and processing to move forward?

It made me think & realise avoidance comes in many ways & I know myself I have realised that one of my patterns is throwing myself into big projects so I don’t have to sit with the uncomfortable feelings.

But they always come back somewhere down the line and generally in a more uncomfortable way. So I have learnt to see the patterns and sit with the feelings. (Often easier said than done I know)

What is your go to avoidant pattern?

How can you change the avoidance to sit with the feelings and process them so you can move forward?
