What is your avoidant pattern?
Listening to Lee Harrisโ February update today & he posed the question - why are you re-telling a story of something that happened to you over & over? Is it because youโre avoiding feeling and processing to move forward?
It made me think & realise avoidance comes in many ways & I know myself I have realised that one of my patterns is throwing myself into big projects so I donโt have to sit with the uncomfortable feelings.
But they always come back somewhere down the line and generally in a more uncomfortable way. So I have learnt to see the patterns and sit with the feelings. (Often easier said than done I know)

How can you change the avoidance to sit with the feelings and process them so you can move forward?
