🎉 A life-changing moment for one of our participants!
Thanks to the incredible work of our OTs, Christina and Akina, a stairlift was recently approved for a participant who had not been able to leave their home for three years. 💛

To mark the occasion, their Support Coordinator even brought along a cake to celebrate this milestone — a true win for independence, dignity, and community connection. 🏡✨

This group will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation by:

✔ Ensuring the provision of supports aligns with participant needs
✔ Promoting and protecting participant rights

We are seeking individuals with lived experience of disability, or those supporting someone with a disability, who are passionate about improving allied health services and advocating for inclusive, person-centred support.

This DonateLife Week, we’re joining the call for more Australians to register as organ and tissue donors. While 4 in 5 people support donation, only 1 in 3 are actually registered.

At Intrinsic Health, we see the life-changing impact of organ and tissue donation in real time — when a new heart means someone can walk again, when a transplant gives a person their voice back, or when a second chance allows someone to return to their everyday life.

Our allied health team — physios, OTs and speech pathologists — support people before and after transplant through rehabilitation, mobility, daily living skills and communication.

This National Pain Week, we’re standing with the 3.6 million Australians living with chronic pain. At Intrinsic Health, our physios, OTs, and speech pathologists support people to manage pain, reclaim independence, and reconnect with the things that matter most.
