Announcement- change is coming! Abundant Health is expanding! I. 2026 I will be working from Peregian Springs in Sunshine Coast, as well as Margate.
It is time to spread my wings and continue to help even mire people with their health, well-being & healing journey.

I can't even believe I'm writing that!
But here we are, prepping and planning our on-campus training for next year with the first cab off the rank our life changing foundational training.
This training is the best for deepening your relationship with yoga, as personal development, or to become a quality yoga teacher.

Come learn in person, where you get a richer learning, a deeper connection with fellow students, and a community of friends you have forever.
All the things you simpky just can't get online. Don't get me wrong, online learning has its place, but now more than ever, humans NEED humans!!

There is no need to be able to bend into pretzels or stand on your head. We are not the "fitness" type of yoga!
We are registered with Yoga Australia and not a fitness association as we keep it "real yoga" focussing on human variation and the classic methodology that yoga is.

Taking a moment to reflect on all that has happened this week in the world - my heart feels heavy from the violence, hate, division, conflict and continued suffering of this world.
My own little world is so beautiful & I feel blessed, Every day send out healing vibrational energy to others and our planet, & I know those threads make a difference some where.
Forget hate, choose love, respect others opinions even if you do not agree, choose to be the best version of yourself, we only live once.
