Bowen Training Australia RTO #41134 is a Registered Training Organisation with an established reputation of delivering high-quality education. We offer nationally recognised Bowen courses and industry-recognised workshops.*

Developed by subject-matter experts, in line with industry demands, our courses are delivered by qualified, experienced professionals. As a result, our graduates are equipped with the skills to become well-rounded Bowen practitioners. Bowen Training Australia offers a unique opportunity to begin a new career as a health practitioner in Bowen therapy.

*Continuing education workshops are not part of the nationally recognised training, however they are Bowtech-accredited and eligible for CEU points with Bowen Association Australia.

Andrea brings more than three decades of experience in health, movement, and embodied practice to her work as a Bowen Therapist and educator.

With a background in yoga, body psychotherapy, and holistic health, she brings depth, precision, and a strong understanding of fascia and nervous system regulation to her teaching.

Her first Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy intake will commence in Perth (Yokine) on 4–5 July.

In essence, the Bowenwork practitioner is a facilitator, not a manipulator.

By applying the moves, the practitioner gives the body specific neurological signals to relax, and then steps back for a few minutes to allow the body to 'relax itself.'

Compared to many other bodywork techniques, Bowenwork initiates an internal response that stimulates restoration of the body’s equilibrium, rather than an external approach of manipulating areas of tight muscle tension until it is released.
