Mornings set the tone for your day. Try this simple 3-step routine to reduce anxiety and feel grounded:

1️⃣ Hydrate First – Drink a glass of water (even before coffee!) to calm your nervous system.
2️⃣2 Minutes of Sunshine – Step outside. Natural light regulates cortisol (your stress hormone).
3️⃣ Intentional Pause – Ask: “What’s one thing I look forward to today?”
