It’s with an open heart — and a tender heaviness — that I share Eclipse Yoga & Wellness is for sale 💌

After 5 beautiful years of connection, tears, laughter, and growth, the time has come for a new heart and soul to step into this space.

I’m incredibly proud of what has been created within these walls — a truly heart-led community, a place for healing, and connections that have shaped me more deeply than you know.

So what does this mean for you, the people who have been part of every season?

For now, nothing is changing.
 All memberships, class packs, and bookings remain completely valid and will continue as normal. Your classes, your routines, your space — all of it stays exactly as it is.

I’ll still be here, the schedule will continue, and the studio will remain open and running just as you know it. Eclipse isn’t going anywhere — it’s simply evolving into its next chapter.

I’m committed to finding the right person to carry this forward with the same care, intention, and heart it’s been built on.

We’re so excited to welcome Barbara from to the Eclipse practitioner team.

Barbara is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in surgical and emergency care, now offering IV infusions designed to support energy, recovery, hydration, and overall wellbeing.

As a mum of two, she deeply understands the pace of modern life, and has created Inner Vitality to offer a grounded, supportive experience that helps you feel more like yourself again.

You’ll now find her in the studio every Friday, offering a beautiful, calm space to reset, restore and replenish from within.

If you’ve been feeling depleted, run down, or simply needing a little extra support — this is such a beautiful offering to explore 🤍

We are so excited to welcome Monique from to our holistic practitioner team.

Monique is a registered psychologist and certified yoga practitioner. Her work blends psychology, yogic wisdom, and integrative healing to support balance within the self.

With a background in clinical practice and a personal journey into deeper healing, Monique offers a space to explore your inner world, gently challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect through movement, stillness, and breath.

Her approach is grounded in the idea that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s about finding equilibrium between science and intuition, mind and body. Through both therapy and 1:1 therapeutic yoga, she supports you in building self-awareness, compassion, and connection to your full experience.

A nurturing and gentle prenatal yoga series welcomes women of all trimesters to support your pregnancy and birth experience. Growing, carrying and bringing new life into the world is an extremely sacred experience and time in a woman's life and it’s a privilege to share this rite of passage with you. It is also a time of coming inwards, discovering and remembering our innate powers.

This series is guided by Acupuncturist, Prenatal Teacher & mum of 2, Kate; who is passionate about empowering women and deeply honouring the female body for all that she is and all that she can do. We invite you to join us on this beautiful four week journey as we prepare the body and mind for labour and a positive birth experience. This is a space where pregnant women can connect with each other and feel supported as they stretch & strengthen, relax & renew and balance their body and mind.

Land softly into yourself.

Merging these two gentle but powerful practices to immerse you in your own healing experience.

Moving through a slow, mindful Yin yoga practice led by Steph, while Shelby will serenade you to sounds and vibrations of different instruments which realign your physical and subtle bodies. Using plenty of props to ensure that your body is relaxed and at ease.

This workshop is designed to will calm your nervous system, create space to facilitate your own innate healing capacity, and balance you physically and energetically so you can shift back to your natural state.

We look forward to sharing this heart centred offering with you.

This week marks 9 years of Eclipse, and 5 years as a studio owner.

For those of you that haven’t been here since the beginning, we started off as a very small studio just down the road. I had the privilege of teaching there for 3 years before having the opportunity to take over the studio, a place that I loved so deeply. I’ve taught at many studios over the last 13 years, but this was the first place that felt like home; where I truly felt I grew as a teacher.

In 2024 we experienced fire damage to our studio which put us out of action for 3 months and put a huge toll on us, but we came back bigger and better in our new location. Not just a Yoga studio, but incorporating all the services and experiences which have shaped me as a person.

Our new studio underwent a huge amount of renovations, project run by me (a girl with no experience that had no idea what order things were supposed to be done).

I’m so proud of what I’ve created, but it would be nothing without our community (some of which have been with us from the start, or some even with me from before Eclipse!).

Also incredibly grateful to my partner Trent who encouraged me to pursue this crazy dream and has been our on-call electrician and handy man.

Eclipse is a woman owned business, created for women, and it continues because of women who show up for themselves here.

A quiet moment of appreciation for the women who walk through our doors every day.
