Excited to delve into some more Anatomy Trains Australia & NZ goodness with Moira Ruff - Remedial Massage and Reiki
Always feel very lucky to have such a talented therapist to geek out with! 🤓

I am excited to have booked some Anatomy Trains training with Penny Morrison (and Francis) in December. This training will focus on the anatomy and application of special tests. The focus is both to upper and lower body regions i.e Cervical Spine, AC joint, wrist, hip, knee, foot . Can't wait to do some new PD to serve as a refresher and keep up to date with latest evidence in industry practices. ✌️🌻
