Change Your Life Hypnotherapy I can help people with any aspects of their life where they have a need for change I am a registered member of the AHA (Australian Hypnotherapists Association).

I have been in the health industry for over 30 years, in various roles and with my extensive training and experience, I believe I can help people with all aspects of their life where they have a need for change and development with their life moving forward and changing and adapting behaviours to ensure their life is working towards balance and so their relationships with themselves and the people they love will be enhanced and fulfilling. I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotheraphy and a Diploma in NLP and a Certificate in Stress Management.

Sessions are now more affordable due to the present economic situation. If you need to save money then quite possibly you need to spend some on changing habits and reducing costs via subconscious changes. Chat to me about how 1- 2 sessions can ultimately save you a lot of money in the long run.

According to Dr Nicole LePera - our habit self is formed through our conditioning, or repeated past experiences. Our habits are biologically imprinted into our brain and our nervous system and include the different ways we take care of our physical body, navigate our emotions, express ourselves, relate to others, and behave in our community and environments.

All of these reactions are most likely based on our childhood perception of what we needed to do or be or have to feel safe and loved. We followed suit and adapted to behave what we (as a child) "perceived" to be the only way we knew at the time. As an adult now this behaviour or self coping habit or mechanism may not be the most appropriate behaviour now.

We can easily overcome these by becoming aware of these subconscious issues.

One of the ways we can do this is through hypnotherapy where we can become aware of the issues and resolve them.

Don't keep sleepwalking through life where things just happen to you. A lot of habits are harmful and can easily be changed. Think of the results and all the positive outcomes with just one change.

Discount sessions available until April 24. Book for 3 sessions at a total cost of $200. That is a significant saving and generally all that is needed to set you back on the right track to going forward with your goals and/or problems you are now experiencing.

Not much to spend when you can save in the long term on (ci******es, sugary snacks, alcohol, gambling, clothes shopping, online shopping), all of which we think are stress relieving things to do. Wrong!

These habits do not relieve stress! It's time to think about your mental and physical health without these things. It is a matter of reducing slowly and then not needing these things that our conscious mind thinks we do!! How much do you spend on things that are not benefitting your health?

My Personal and Professional Philosophy

I have worked in the health industry most of my life. I have also had so many life experiences, having travelled and worked in the UK as a young adult and then having moved to the USA with a young family. I lived there for nearly ten years, adjusting to a different culture and supporting my family with positive expectations from such an experience.

I feel most competent now to be in a position of life experience, self development and now professional development, to forge a career for myself and for what I truly want and believe in passionately. What I always believed in was that I had the empathy, intelligence and compassion to help people. Finding hypnotherapy this late in life has been life changing for me and thus the name of my business will be (Change Your Life Hypnotherapy - Christine Lofthouse), which is now my journey.

My job is to treat clients with respect and honesty and with kindness, empathy and compassion. To be non-judgemental and to help them overcome the issues and concerns that need addressing. My job is to deliver effective therapy being in the client’s best interest financially and therapeutically whilst maintaining professional conduct and abiding by the AHA code of conduct. I will implement these practices to the best of my ability. I will base my therapeutic approach on the client needs as formulated via effective open and extensive questioning, detailing responses with good note taking and using keywords that can be incorporated into PHS and in metaphors and improving with each and every client, my capabilities as a new therapist. At the same time being able to learn from each client with honest reflection in regards to each session and seeking supervision when appropriate and necessary and as per guidelines and AHA.

I will strive to learn and be guided by my peers and supervisors as I believe this is just as important in helping my clients as I become a better therapist by seeking suggestions and reflection through these avenues. I have always cherished reading and learning and will continue to do so about relevant therapies with continued professional development courses and through my own and others reflections.
