Mum, Dad, my brother and I immigrated to the Sunshine Coast, Australia 22 nd of November 1987. A

rough adjustment and cultural difference have all been part of who I am today. I completed my

school years and went straight into studying natural health & beauty with my focus on natural health

and massage therapy and haven’t looked back since.

I am passionate and have a deep understanding for the importance on emotional, spiritual &

physical health with a belief and knowledge that it all starts with emotional balance to achieve

optimum vitality.

Having worked with many different brands of essential oils for the last 27 years, my choice stands

wholeheartedly with Young Living Essential Oils due to their potency, ethics, and seed to seal

promise. They have many farms and partner farms all over the world, with Australia having the most

farms out of any country. You can also visit these farms and be part of the whole process from soil

testing, planting, harvesting and distilling.

Essential oils have a direct effect on the limbic system (subconscious) which is directly connected to

those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels,

and hormone balance. Hence my name Essentials For Vitality.

Having worked with Young Living Essential Oils and their products since 2017 in my studio and

home, the transformation I have seen and experienced are nothing short of incredible.
