🔥Are holistic health and spirituality connected, and can we do one without the other if we want to heal❓
You will now say that I am contradicting myself, but as I have shared in the previous post, spirituality for me doesn't represent a guru, religion, or a belief system that I would follow. We are spiritual Beings playing a human experience. Spirit is who we are, and spirituality is what we embody❕
One of the most challenging areas in my coaching practice is leading people from a dependent patient to an awakened human being who learns to ask a little bit deeper questions and starts seeing the meaning behind the scenes (diseases, diagnoses). Guiding them from questions such as:" what's wrong with me and how can I heal myself?" , more towards the questions of "what is right about it, and I am not seeing?" and "how can I be a big enough human being to just feel all of the anger, hurt and pain that I might experiencing right now?" And what can I learn from it? What is the spirit showing me right now?"
🤔People still wait for their doctor🧑⚕️ or integrative health practitioner to solve all of their problems, and people are getting better at incorporating the physical changes (such as diet, detoxification, supplements - and those things are super important, I believe in them and I do them too)...but unfortunately, a lot of the time it stops there❕No one can, or should be carrying our own pain and learning we have to do❕That would mean we would be robbed of the essential experience our soul choose to have ❕
We don't want to go deeper, we say we don't have time, we can't do this, it's a waste of time...and then we circle in the karmic wheel of our spirit, guiding us to face ourselves and grow❕ Expand in our consciousness and experience the Divine in us❕
Spirituality is an essential part of our healing; it is who we are, and without it, we are saying yes to our own suffering. And, also, that is ok, if we are true to ourselves and can live in this knowing and enjoy it. 😉❤️
Love,
Ana
