Depression fatigue can manifest in various ways, such as:
- Physical exhaustion
- Mental fogginess
- Emotional numbness
- Lack of motivation
- Increased irritability
- Reduced productivity
- Difficulty concentrating
- Increased sleepiness or insomnia
- Loss of interest in activities once enjoyed
AND is often considered a residual of partly resolved depression.
