Beat the Heat! 🌞
Hot days are here, and staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to protect your health. Dehydration and heat exhaustion can sneak up quickly — especially in kids, older adults, and anyone on medicines that affect fluid balance.
💧 Top tips to stay cool:
• Sip water regularly (don’t wait until you’re thirsty!)
• Avoid long periods in direct sun
• Check in on neighbours, friends and family
• Watch for early warning signs like dizziness, headache, dry mouth or fatigue
