DON’T DO ANYTHING. JUST REST.
Don’t fall into the trap of believing that doing nothing… means doing nothing for yourself.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that not being productive is somehow a failure.
That if it doesn’t have a visible outcome, it doesn’t count.
That rest is wasted time.

We’ve become so used to being busy —
to checking off boxes,
to tracking our progress,
to measuring worth in output —
that we’ve forgotten something essential:

Rest is productive.

It’s the moment your body heals.
Your mind exhales.
Your soul whispers.

Reading a magazine.
Taking a long shower.
Sitting in the garden with a warm cup of coffee.
None of it is a waste.

Because time spent resting… is time well spent.

We’re not machines.

Who Are You When No One’s Watching?

This is why so many have recovery once they detox.

“Did you know 98% of kids with autism have a gene mutation that stops their body from removing toxins and turning the nutrients they eat into a useable form?

The MTHFR gene mutation destroys one of the most important processes in the body, the methylation cycle.

The methylation cycle is like a garbage truck that picks up waste and carries food and supplies to every corner of the body.

When it’s not running garbage starts to pile up and areas of the body start to run out of food and supplies.

Eventually, vital organs like the heart, lungs and brain start to hoard what little nutrients they can for themselves…

Kids who are extremely picky eaters are typically severely deficient in zinc.

Deficiencies cause the gut to become overrun with harmful bacteria, funguses and viruses. (Like clostridium, candida and aspergillus)

These harmful bacteria grow along the gut lining causing gaps to form, what’s known as leaky gut.

Toxins, viruses and partial proteins (like gluten) leak into the bloodstream through these gaps where they make their way to the brain where they have an op**te affect.

As these toxins and viruses cross the blood brain barrier and lodge themselves in the brain, they cause neural inflammation and neurotransmitter imbalances.

The immune system kicks into overdrive trying to destroy these toxins and viruses to remove them from the brain.

And in the process of trying to eliminate these invaders, the immune system kills healthy brain cells and neurons in the process.

Their systems are drowning in toxins, unable to detox properly.

Their bodies can’t convert the nutrients they eat into forms they can actually use.

So, their organs start hoarding what little they can, while the rest of the body suffers from very severe nutrient deficiencies.

This breakdown doesn’t just cause inflammation and damage throughout the body—it triggers neural inflammation, especially in the HAR region of the brain, the area responsible for speech, social skills, and behavior.

This damage can’t be easily detected, it can only be seen in the behaviors it causes.

The picky eating, the constipation and G.I issues, the constant sickness, the meltdowns, the self-injury, the sensory overload, the absence, the brain fog, the trouble learning—doctors always say it’s “just common with autism.”

But when we repair their broken methylation system, replenish nutrient deficiencies, restore gut health, lower brain inflammation, and support the immune system—these unwanted behaviors can improve very quickly.

The latest science proves Autism isn’t just a behavioral disorder, it’s a “Biomedical Disorder”.

More importantly, it’s a “neurotoxic” disorder because it’s mainly caused by damaged systems in the body that ultimately destroy healthy brain cells and cause neurotransmitter imbalances.

These neurotransmitter imbalances are what cause hyperactivity, sensitivity to light and sounds, stimming, and difficulty with communication and learning new skills.

This is causing your child to suffer and struggle every day. Trapped in their own mind, sad, scared and alone with an inflamed belly, sore muscles, confused mind, and no way to tell you about it.

We can work to remove the toxins from their body that have built up over years of broken methylation and replenish these severe nutrient deficiencies to restore gut health, support their brain and boost their immune system.

This is done by giving your child high clinical doses of Methylcobalamin (Activated B12), Periodoxial-5-Phosphate (Activated B6), and 5-Methyltetrahyrdrofolate (5-MTHF).

Dr. Rebeca Eriksen, just completed a paper on the latest clinical studies on children with autism using targeted supplementation to improve behaviors.

A 3-month supplementation trial found that giving 5-MTHF, P5P, and MB12 together not only improved glutathione levels (the body’s natural toxin destroyer), but also showed a greater improvement in expressive communication, personal and domestic daily living skills, and social skills including interpersonal, play-leisure, and coping social skills in children with autism.

They took 44 autistic children and gave them 400μg of 5-MTHF twice daily for 3 months. Children in the control group given an activated form of 5-MTHF reduced symptoms of autism in terms of sociability, cognitive functioning, receptive language, and affective expression and communication, compared to children not given any supplements.

Another study found giving P5P with magnesium improved autism symptoms like hyperexcitability, physical aggression, scholar attention, concentration, and communication.

These are just 3 of the 17 different nutrients found that kids on the spectrum are often severely deficient in...

And these nutrient deficiencies wreak HAVOC on their body and mind causing many “common” behaviors.”

TAKE THE RISK OF BEING LOVED~~

It’s one thing when somebody says, “I love you”.

It’s another thing when they witness the parts of you that you think are 'unlovable', and yet they still love you.

When you drop the front, the facade, the mask, and they love you even more.

It’s one thing to be loved. It’s another thing entirely to be loved for Who You Truly Are, not just an image, an idea or expectation of you.

When you feel seen, exposed in the light of love, and their love remains constant and safe. When you feel like you don’t have to hide the ‘dirty’, ‘shameful’, ‘sick’, or ‘unworthy’ parts of yourself, in order to keep them close. When you can fully relax, breathe, let your guard down, and be your authentic, wild, weird human self with them, no fear of rejection or punishment. When you feel whole in their warm presence, no concern that you will be shamed, ridiculed, judged or abandoned for exposing your authenticity.

It’s not just love we long for, it’s this fierce unconditional love that truly sees us as we are - imperfections, deformities, flaws, vulnerabilities and all.

It sees our darkness, it sees our terrors, and it still says YES.

I've been in my cave, unravelling, unpacking trigger after trigger. A time to strip back to process layer upon layer, of soul wounds & patterns.

Then arrived at that space inbetween, where you have unravelled, unpacked, let go, processed & ready to come out the other side.
You are ready for your new self to emerge in your reality...

It's action time, time to speak up about the things that are no longer in alignment.
It's time to tighten those boundaries & say No to the things that don't light you up.
It's time to stop thinking, worrying about the "thing".
It's time to reclaim - your worth, your power, your dream.
Just like a butterfly we emerge one action at a time, with a whole new perspective on self & life!

When we aren’t seeking
love and approval from others

When we don’t mind anymore
what they think of us

Whether they like us
Or agree with us
Or understand us
Or even see us

Then we are free

Free to be ourselves
Free to express our authenticity

Free to be wild
Free to be soft
Or fierce
Or silly
Or wise
Or angry
Or silent
Or sensual
Or weird or not

Free to express what’s truly alive for us
And not censor it
Or manipulate it for “likes”
Or control it for “love”
Or moderate it for “acceptance”

We are finally content to be ourselves
Seen or ignored
Ridiculed or celebrated
Loved or hated
Or whatever

It doesn’t really matter
Not on the deepest level anyway

(And it doesn’t mean
we aren’t still open to feedback
and exploring our blind spots)

But we finally approve of ourselves
