"FOREVER YOUNG" A Stargate Meditation to Balance the Body and Elongate the Telomeres

We meet on Saturday morning, 9am -11 am. 25th April 2026 in Maroochydore. Everyone is welcome especially if you like to meditate & are interested in discovering new possibilities. The address of the venue will be sent to you when you join.(SEE BELOW)

In the Stargate Meditation, ‘Forever Young”, Alcazar, the Stargate guide, assists us in energizing our cells to support them in creating the complex chemical nature that can assist in the elongation of the telomeres on the end of our DNA strands.

Our Telomeres are our protective, repetitive DNA sequences at the ends of our chromosomes, ‘acting ‘like plastic tips on shoelaces to prevent fraying or genetic loss during cell division’. They shorten each time a cell divides.

This is the first of a series
*to revitalize several vital features of the body, including- the Telomeres, the Mitochondria and the Stem Cells
*to remind deep parts of our being of the fountain of youth that exists within us
*to take a moment to feel the gratitude for the youthing of our body on a cellular level
