With 20+ years of diverse client and organisational experience in behavioural change and high-performance, along with qualifications in Exercise Science, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Wellness Coaching, Personal Training, Sports Training and as a Mindfulness Practitioner, I recognised the need for a practical tool that enabled individuals to optimise every aspect of life and maximise their potential, wellbeing and connection.

This realisation led to the development of the 4C’s Coaching Methodology, The Whole Life Success Planner and My Best Life Planner - for Kids, which blend expertise in three essential disciplines:

BRAIN Science: Applying the principles within neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional literacy, belief systems, thought processing, fear triggers, and cultural biases to enhance mental and emotional well-being.

BODY Science: Utilising knowledge of human biology, cells, biochemistry, hormones, metabolism, physiology, digestion and absorption, and detoxification to unlock physical potential.

HUMANS ARE MULTI-FACETED,
and yet, very often we try to change our mental, emotional, physical or social challenges through a single approach.
Any change we seek, whether that be;
- improving mental health
- improving emotional wellbeing and stability
- managing pain, weight or physical health
- being a better leader at work, at home or in the community
- being more organised and effective
- reducing chronic physical, mental, emotional and social stress
- being more connected
requires an inter-disciplinary education and behaviour-change integration approach.
Not just a biochemical change from nutrition and movement, and not just a psychological change in shifting the unconscious paradigm, automatic habits, emotional response and current self-concept, and not just a social change surrounding connection, communication and meaning.
Each requires an integrative approach to all three areas, alongside a successful habit integration process.
That’s what I do.
Through 1-1 Coaching and the 2020 Life-Reset Retreat, we take an interdisciplinary approach to a multi-faceted human being.
