~ Honouring Men ~

On the back of International Women’s Day, I also want to acknowledge the men.

Right now, it can almost feel controversial to say we support both women AND men rising in this world.
Yet I believe we need both.

I deeply honour the strength and resilience of women and the long journey of reclaiming our voice and place in the world.

And, at the same time, I see many men navigating their own quiet inner battles.

The men doing the courageous work within.
Unravelling the expectations, the conditioning, and the stories of who they were told they had to be.

Not becoming someone new —
but remembering who they have always been.

The men willing to face their shadows, their heartbreak, their inner battles… and rise with more truth in their hearts.

And sometimes supporting someone’s growth doesn’t look like staying.
Sometimes it looks like creating space.
Letting them walk their path.
Trusting that life will guide them back to themselves.

I see you.
I witness you.
I hold space for you.

As a mum of boys, I feel deeply how important it is that we support men to rise with us.

The world needs men who feel safe to be whole.
Men who remember their light, their tenderness, and their strength.

The remembering of men is equally powerful medicine for this world.

We are all on this path of remembering

~ Happy International Women’s Day ~

I have many amazing women in my life. However, over the last six months, I’ve been deeply held by particular women around me ~ new and old.

They have given me:
❤️ A shoulder to cry on
❤️ A hand to lift me up
❤️ A cheering voice
❤️ A simple “thinking of you” message
❤️ Deep belly laughs and love

Climbing mountains together, beach walks, ocean swims, deep chats and quiet support 🙌🏻

Often they don’t even realise how much they’re supporting me 💫

I am endlessly grateful 🙏

Today I honour the incredible women in my life and celebrate all of you this International Women’s Day 🤍
