I was guided to sit with this sacred mountain (pyramid) today. to devote some time and space to the land and connected threads of the Earth.

As I sat, and asked for approval to be here, and right on ‘cue’, the Kookaburras sang to me 💫

During my journey last night, the kookaburra’s song was VERY clear to me. The song of my soul, to tune into and follow its guidance to deepen my remembrance, and to remind me of my inner knowing

When we remember and tune in to our sacred song, we align with all that sings the same frequency. And for me, also, a sensed feeling within my body

For you, it might ‘look’ different, the exploration, is to ‘dial in’. To find space and listen, deeper, softer, with more surrender. And in that space, you will find it, within you (never without)

💫 follow the whispers
💫 stay in question
💫 pause, be present, and listen
💫 explore and lean in to the nudges

Each step, each layer, reveals more of you

You are not broken

The resistance and suffering is to the unfamiliar, the parts yearning to be seen, but pushed down time and time again, from fear, from our thoughts getting in the way

We have simply forgotten and now, it’s time to remember!

When we stay in question, and lean in to the whispers, we can reveal soooo many aspects of ourselves 🙌🏻

~ Summer ~

Welcoming in Summer!

My favourite time of the year - sun, warmth, aliveness!

A powerful reminder of the effect of light!! Illuminating your path ahead, dimming the shadows, of doubt and fear

People are naturally more happy and joyful

Summer is a time of fullness, of abundance, of life, the blooming of nature!

It is the part of the Earth’s cycle to be enjoying the fruits and seeds you planted in Spring

A time when we are naturally more outside connecting with the rhythm of Mother Earth, being reminded of our oneness

Unfortunately, at this time of year, many flow with the rhythm of the Northern hemisphere, slowing down, wrapping things up (as that is what should happen in winter!)

Syncing with our native season, creates a natural flow in all aspects of our lives - from creativity, abundance in business, energy within your home and harmony within your body

What do you choose to do at this time of year? Wind down and stop, or move with the season and enjoy the fullness of what it has to offer?

People create absurd problems, or even disease, to give them a reason to choose different

What if you could just listen to your knowing, and choose from ease with that?!
