Embodied Calm is a slow, nourishing journey into the body, designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and deep rest.
Through gentle natural movement, guided self-shiatsu, pranayama, Reiki, and sound, you’ll be invited to soften and reconnect with a felt sense of ease.
This practice is accessible but powerful, offering space to move, breathe, and receive.
