Hi 👋
Em here… just here to share a little about myself and my journey over the last few years!
Having welcomed 3 little girls into the world I’ve had my fair share of experience in the pregnancy department… along with some interesting birth stories! I’ve had varicose veins, pelvic pain, sciatica, cracked ni***es, baby brain (still have this) 😂and an abdominal hernia.
I’ve had a grade III perineal tear, post partum haemorrhage, iron infusions, instrumental intervention, medical and elective inductions.
I’ve worn pessaries, compression garments, pelvic bands and have abdominal separation.
I’m now 2.5 years post partum from my 3rd little one Ally and still learning to manage a bladder prolapse.
It’s been a physical and emotional roller coaster that’s been unbelievably challenging in so many ways. I’ve learnt so much both about my own body and the female body.
I had a few amazing womens health physios that helped me through this journey and now it’s my turn to help other women.
