Hi šŸ‘‹
Em here… just here to share a little about myself and my journey over the last few years!

Having welcomed 3 little girls into the world I’ve had my fair share of experience in the pregnancy department… along with some interesting birth stories! I’ve had varicose veins, pelvic pain, sciatica, cracked ni***es, baby brain (still have this) šŸ˜‚and an abdominal hernia.

I’ve had a grade III perineal tear, post partum haemorrhage, iron infusions, instrumental intervention, medical and elective inductions.

I’ve worn pessaries, compression garments, pelvic bands and have abdominal separation.

I’m now 2.5 years post partum from my 3rd little one Ally and still learning to manage a bladder prolapse.

It’s been a physical and emotional roller coaster that’s been unbelievably challenging in so many ways. I’ve learnt so much both about my own body and the female body.

I had a few amazing womens health physios that helped me through this journey and now it’s my turn to help other women.

Ladies, whether you are pregnant, or a new mum, you may be 5 years post partum or you may not have had a baby. if you find yourself in need of a women’s health physio to help with
- incontinence
- painful in*******se
- prolapse
- post partum checks
- guidance during pregnancy and in the lead up to your birth
- Peri menopause and menopause

Feel free to reach out to me. I would love to help. Contact me on 0424 461 284 and we can chat all things women’s health & motherhood šŸ˜

Downward dog āž”ļø Cobra
One of our favourite active mobility exercises. Em does this every morning before her Pilates work because it’s just a nice way to wake up the whole body from the shoulders down into the upper back, a nice stretch through the abdominals, hamstring and calves. We ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø this one!!
Go on give it a go šŸ™

Tight shoulders? šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ’Ŗ
This is a great trigger ball exercise to release some of the tension through the lats and posterior cuff.
We give this to lots of our clients who present with ā€˜impingement’ type shoulder pain but it’s also just a great one for good shoulder hygiene.
2 minutes per side is all it takes.
Grab your trigger ball and let’s roll šŸ‘Œ
