You’re not stuck, you’re being called higher.
The next version of you is already waiting. You are confident, grounded, and ready to lead your life with clarity. Stop waiting for the right time. The right time is when you decide.
Write a powerful YES to the you that’s ready to rise. 😀
🌸🌸🌸

Notting Hill, London

Funny how life works… I was just looking for a yoga mat for my son today, and instead I stumbled upon my next yoga studio where I’ll soon be teaching a yoga & meditation workshop in Notting Hill, London. As I walked in, I felt like I was back in Woollahra, one of my favorite areas in Sydney. Love when synchronicity shows up like this ✨ And for my friends across the channel, my next face-to-face workshop will be in France!”

Gratitude for Nature: A Path to Inner Calm and Lasting Health

There’s something profoundly healing about stepping into nature, the rustle of leaves, the rhythm of waves, the soft warmth of sunlight on skin. Today, I pause in deep gratitude for these quiet moments that reconnect me to something larger, simpler, and deeply nurturing.

Spending time in nature isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity for our well-being. Science now confirms what many ancient traditions have long known: the natural world has a calming effect on our nervous system. Even a short walk among trees or mindful moments by water can shift us from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest. This isn’t just emotional , it’s physiological.

Nature and the Nervous System
When we immerse ourselves in a peaceful natural setting, cortisol levels drop, heart rate slows, and the parasympathetic nervous system takes the lead. We breathe more deeply. Our muscles release tension. Our minds clear.

The Epigenetic Ripple
What’s even more fascinating is that these calming effects may go deeper than we realize. Research in “epigenetics”, the study of how behaviors and environment can influence gene expression, suggests that time in nature can help “turn on” genes associated with resilience, immune strength, and longevity. In other words, how we live and what we expose ourselves to, including the serenity of nature, can influence how our genes function over time.

A Daily Dose of Gratitude
Gratitude magnifies this effect. When we approach nature not just with our senses but with a heart full of appreciation, we strengthen neural pathways for peace, contentment, and presence. Gratitude itself has been shown to reduce stress and support healthier gene expression, a beautiful feedback loop of healing.

So today, I invite you to pause. Step outside if you can. Notice the sky, a flower, the air on your skin. Let gratitude rise, even for just a moment.

Your body, mind, and even your genes are listening. 😘🌸

Never Give Up – A Journey to Empowerment
Today, I spent the entire day finalizing the contents of my book, Never Give Up. My goal? To inspire those who feel like life has stripped them of control—to remind them that giving up is never the answer. Through my own stories, I hope to offer motivation and a sense of solidarity. Because let’s be honest, life can feel so challenging sometimes, and knowing you’re not alone can make all the difference.

I remember when I first wanted to write a book about my famous grandfather in Lyon. My uncle questioned my intentions, assuming it was an ego-driven pursuit. Two years later, guess who wrote the book? Him! Lol. But that experience only reinforced what I truly believe: we all have powerful stories that can inspire, uplift, and change lives. Ready to write yours?

I’m determined to launch this book for International Women’s Day—not because I see myself as a feminist, but because I firmly advocate for women’s rights. My passion for human rights advocacy began when I worked with José Ramos-Horta, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate’s NGO, for seven years, but its roots run deeper. It started with my grandmother, an independent and visionary woman who took me to protests against nuclear arms in Paris, advocated for women’s rights, and shared her resistance stories in schools and universities. She dreamed of writing her own book, but back then, her voice was dismissed—too many resistance and concentration camp stories, they said (Bernard Pivot exactly, a man...). So, she poured her words into poetry instead.

Feminism, too, was passed down from my mother, a woman who always speaks her mind. These strong women shaped my belief that no one should have to fight alone to reclaim their sovereignty.

💫 To honor this, I’m organizing a virtual workshop on International Women’s Day (in French and English)—stay tuned for the link!
💫 For women in Tahiti, I invite you to join my wellness retreat—a sacred feminine circle designed to help women regain their power and sovereignty: https://fb.me/e/5kpk6y5bb

Because no matter what life throws at us, we rise, reclaim, and never give up. ❤️✨

Pause and Breathe

It’s easy to forget the power of a single deep breath in a world that moves so fast. Take a moment right now—pause, close your eyes, and inhale deeply. Feel the air fill your lungs, hold it for a second, and slowly exhale.

Peace isn’t something we find outside; it’s something we create within. Even in the busiest days, a mindful moment can make all the difference.

How will you pause for yourself today? 🌿✨

Stress can catch us off guard, but finding relief doesn’t have to take hours. Here are 5 quick strategies to reduce stress in under five minutes:

* Deep Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat.
* Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Tense and release muscles, starting from your toes.
* Quick Journaling: Write down what’s stressing you, then list three positives.
* Body Scan: Mentally scan from head to toe, relaxing each part with the exhale.
Short Meditation: Focus on your breath or repeat a calming mantra such as MANG.
Try incorporating these into your routine for instant relief.
With gratitude,
Olivia

* Relaxation musculaire progressive : Contractez et relâchez les muscles, en commençant par les orteils.

* Scan corporel : Scannez mentalement de la tête aux pieds, en relaxant chaque partie à l’expiration.
