Community isn’t just born it takes like minded people who are committed to a cause. At Marou there are community members and guides who often spend time together before and after class because it feels so good.

This weekend is a special one - we are dedicating the first weekend of the month to community. Community Yoga at 8am in front of the skate park + beach clean up.
Then Sunday after connection yoga community picnic dinner - Bring a plate.

We call our connection in classes ‘Touch and Support’ not assists and definitely not adjustments.

The human body has a magical intelligence so we practice moving the body in balance with the body.
Even in a dynamic class, there’s space for connection that doesn’t need to fix or change.

It’s almost as if, in that moment of meeting it’s like ‘there they are, and here I am’ ….. simple as that.
