We call our connection in classes ‘Touch and Support’ not assists and definitely not adjustments.

The human body has a magical intelligence so we practice moving the body in balance with the body.
Even in a dynamic class, there’s space for connection that doesn’t need to fix or change.

It’s almost as if, in that moment of meeting it’s like ‘there they are, and here I am’ ….. simple as that.

We gathered and shared, we sensitised and felt in, and now we journey together over the next 21 days.
