This Switch practice has been operating since 1989 and is a popular and well respected local business. All of our practitioners spend more one-on-one time with clients and can therefore get to the cause of the problem as well as being able to treat the symptoms. At Switch in Maroubra we focus on fast and long lasting results for our Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Acupuncture and Psychology patients. Switch’s Physiotherapists take the time to tailor an individual Physiotherapy treatment and management plan for each patient. We concentrate on finding the cause of your condition and treat it using a variety of Physiotherapy methods, and where indicated, appropriate referral to other members of our team. This approach helps to prevent relapses and gets clients back to better than they were before. * Congrats to Maria for getting back to her running after having an Achilles injury! She’s also joined our swimming team where we are all swimming 9kms this month for breast cancer and she’s smashing it!🏃‍♀️

* We had a very special birthday in the clinic this month celebrating Harry! He loved his cake (so much we couldn’t keep it off his face), and the .55club crew organised an amazing surprise for him that morning with some cake by the ocean🎂

* All our Switch clinics got together to go and be apart of the 7 Bridges Walk that was on October 26th! It was a great day to cheer on the legendary walkers and offer up some treatments to their needed calves and feet to make sure they could keep on walking! (We also go to show off our multitasking skills to prove we can treat and eat ice lollies😂)

Meet Jordyn, our newest physiotherapist bringing a whole lot of Canadian kindness and energy to the team 🇨🇦✨

With a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Jordyn’s passionate about helping people move confidently and get back to what they love — whether that’s chasing goals on the field, in the gym, or just feeling good day-to-day.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her soaking up the Sydney sun, ☀️ almond cap in hand, doing the Bronte to Bondi coastal walk, and finishing with a swim (we approve 🏊‍♀️).
