Before classes fully roll out on Monday 2 Feb, the teachers get down and dirty and give the studio a deep clean inside and out. Blankets washed, bolsters sunned, windows scrubbed, even the roof gets a wipe (that’s Gary one of our teachers risking life and limb to clean the ceiling window pane).
We are ready! Come join in the classes!
Find us at Addi Road Community Centre, Monday - Saturday.
Non-profit, inclusive, community yoga studio.

Iyengar Yoga is well known for its precision in alignment and the use of props to enable students to access poses even when they may have an injury (or have spent too much time eating and drinking with family and friends over Christmas and need to straighten the kinks out of their bodies and minds!).
Over three 2-hour sessions, we will explore how the use of props and careful sequencing allows us to deepen the experience of a pose and the practice itself.
This intensive is taught by Sarah Bourne. Don’t miss out.
Date: December 27th , 28th and 29th 2025
Time: 9-11am each day
Cost: $150
