Cristina is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with over 15 years of hands-on experience in both clinical and wellness settings across Sydney and Barcelona. Her deep understanding of bodywork and holistic therapies comes from years of treating clients with sports injuries, chronic pain, postural imbalances, and stress-related conditions.
She is passionate about helping clients restore balance in both body and mind. Her treatments focus on pain relief, improved mobility, and overall wellbeing. She also brings a unique dimension to her practice through a Postgraduate Course in Microbiome Studies, which has expanded her knowledge of the link between gut health, inflammation, and the body’s physical and emotional balance. This insight enhances her holistic, client-centred approach - particularly for those dealing with chronic stress, fatigue, or digestive concerns.
