Made this for myself today - quick, wholesome & delicious 🥗 If you love effortless, feel-good meals, this one’s for you! 😋
🌿 What’s Inside
• Bowl: Black chickpeas, fresh papaya, leafy greens, shredded carrots & beets, mixed seeds or granola
• Chickpeas: Sautéed with olive oil, ginger, cumin, salt & green chili (optional)
• Dressing: Tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, honey/maple, salt & pepper
🥣 To Make
1. Sauté chickpeas with spices until crisp.
2. Mix dressing till smooth and pourable.
3. Assemble bowl with greens, chickpeas, papaya, veggies.
4. Top with seeds and drizzle dressing.
🌈 Extras: Add Greek yogurt, sprouts, or toasted pita for more texture!
