PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sautia Massage, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans and our clients may need to cancel or reschedule their massage appointments. We are committed to making it easy to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment for Services is required upon arrival. Acceptable payment methods include cash or direct debit. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy requires that clients give at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel an appointment. If clients fail to give 24 hours' notice you will be charged the full amount. If a client fails to show up for their appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of the massage.
Failing to do so you will be charged on your next visit or you will be sent an invoice for your missed appointment that you will need to pay. Failing to do so will result in legal matters.
