PART 3 — Set-Up Considerations 💪
Jonas will talk through the set-up considerations and how to correctly position yourself before even thinking about lifting the bar:
1️⃣ Eyes under the bar (for most people)
2️⃣ Make sure elbows aren’t catching on the wide part of the bench
3️⃣ Strap between hip and knee
4️⃣ Feet in a wide position to ensure stability when benching
