Tell me honestly…

Not because you really want it…
but because you feel like you need something to switch off?
This came through in a client session… and I had to share it.
✨ Wine Breathing
(A conscious sip practice)
It’s not about the wine.
It’s about shifting from coping → conscious choice.
Here’s the reset:
1. Pause + Gratitude
Hold your drink. Set a simple intention.
2. Breathe
Slow inhale… long exhale… let your body soften.
3. Consciously Receive
Take a sip. Taste it. Notice the shift.
That’s it.
Simple… but powerful.
And the best part?
👉 You can do this with anything
Tea, coffee, water… even food.
From: “I need this”
To: “I choose this.”
Small shifts… big impact 🧡
