Hell NO!!… but I have been known to use computer speak in my Sessions!!

🤓 Performing maintenance on our computers frees up space and makes them run smoothly. 🤓

When we get OVERLOADED or overwhelmed, it’s like having too many tabs open, our hard drive feels like it’s running out of RAM!!

Ok, so here's your PLAN:
✨️DROP your ourdated thoughts,worries or patterns into the DELETE bin !!
✨️ARRANGE your thoughts or worries into Folders, and clean up that Desktop.
(There is no point in having all the folders open at once. That there is overwhelm and possible burnout. So number one rule - have only one folder open at a time and reduce the stress!)

ALLOW space for clear, calm thinking!

In a recent session, one of my beautiful clients had this golden realisation:

"When we are truly in a moment of gratitude, we can't feel anything else—no anger, no sadness, just the warmth of gratitude."

This awareness was so powerful and heartfelt, and I wanted to share it with all of you as an affirmation of the power of gratitude. When we rest in gratitude, we find peace. It’s a reminder that in those grateful moments, we are free.
