👨‍🦽 Support individuals with their daily routines
🚗 Help with community access and social outings
🧠 Empower participants to live independently
💬 Build genuine, respectful relationships
✨ What We’re Looking For:
✅ Male support workers (due to participant preferences)
✅ Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
✅ Cert III in Disability highly regarded
✅ First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Driver's licence + own transport preferred
