A new offering is coming to Pure Balance Kinesiology in Maryborough. 🌟
Once each month, I’ll be holding a dedicated Children’s & Teen’s Kinesiology Clinic Day — created specifically to support young nervous systems in a calm, gentle and deeply attuned way.
Children often communicate stress through emotions, behaviour, tension, sensitivities, overwhelm or withdrawal long before they have the words to explain what they’re feeling.
These sessions are designed to support children and teens who may be experiencing:
• anxiety or overwhelm
• emotional dysregulation
• confidence or self-esteem challenges
• school stress
• difficulty settling or switching off
• sensitivities or heightened emotions
• nervous system stress & tension
• learning or focus challenges
Kinesiology works holistically with the body’s structural, emotional, biochemical and energetic systems — helping to identify where stress may be held and gently supporting the body back towards balance.
Sessions may include a combination of:
• nervous system regulation
• brain integration exercises
• acupressure
• movement-based techniques
• emotional support & talk therapy
• grounding and calming techniques
This monthly clinic will offer a small number of 45-minute appointments in a quiet, supportive environment, allowing children to feel safe, seen and supported exactly as they are.
Bookings for the first Children’s & Teen’s Kinesiology Clinic Day on Wednesday June 10th are open now.
