80 Burke Street Maryborough Victoria This home was built prior to 1890 Ross Family (Melanie, & her 3 younger children Cameron, Reegan & Zoe) have owned this home for over 3 years.

The front of our home has a Historic listing, and many well known Maryborough Identities (ie: it has been a Dr's Surgery a few times, and a principal of Highview Christian College lived here, more recently a Dr lived here) After renovation was completed in late November 2009 we have had a lot of interest from people who live out of maryborough & wanted to look through our home. When we renovated we returned our home to the original colors & style that was used when 1st built. Unfortunately much of the beautiful established cottage garden was destroyed due to the extensive renovations. I am hoping to rebuild this using the older style plants & using original old roses.

February 2015, the garden was just starting to look how I imagined.

At one stage my block address was 80-82 Burke St. Their was evidence that it had, had two separate entrances. In July 2015 after a lot of paperwork (red tape)council inspections & clarifying of plans, I got permission to re-open the driveway both ends. It was a bigger job to create this one, as it was a cross over (so water could run under) I use the drive to come in one way & out the other, it’s a major improvement.
