One of my favourite countries to travel through is Canada, l have been lucky to go there 3 times and it’s definitely on my list of places I would love to live. It’s the outdoors that I really love but I also developed quiet a love for bloody Mary’s or Ceaser as they are called there. The drink can almost be called a meal with some restaurants going next level on the garnishes, don’t be surprised to see a cocktail sized toasted cheese sandwiches or slider on the rim of your drink, along with the standard pickled veg and salami sticks, they are incredible and a great way to get your food in when having a drink because it really does pay to eat all the garnishes before trying to drink those bad boys.
We’ve been getting into making them at home and some nights they look pretty frickin epic so I thought I’d share. My hubby has been making his own biltong which makes for a great garnish and tasty side snack.
What’s in them?
- 2 shots of vodka
- 4 shots of tomato juice-
- a very heavy hand of Worcestershire sauce
- an equally heavy hand of to***co approx 4-6 shakes
- loads of ice
- a wedge of lemon
- a pinch of cracked pepper
- celery
- pink Himalayan salt
- pickles and biltong on the side
🤤🤤🤤🤤
