Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Group Facilitator with many years experience supporting clients who have suffered trauma, abuse,
hardship, grief and loss, addictions, eating disorders or domestic
violence, therefore fully understanding the complexities that stem
from these life experiences and their impact upon the persons sense
of self in the world. Currently Tamika is completing her Mindfulness and Meditation teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach
