Have you ever thought about getting your bars run?

Here I'll tell you why it might be a good idea.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the constant stream of thoughts, emotions, and stress that seem to clutter your mind?

An Access Bars session might help you release the electromagnetic charge that gets trapped in the brain.

This incredible technique dissolves the limiting points of view that have been holding you back from living your best life.

The first time I read about what bars were, my mind couldn't grasp how there could be such benefits in just one hour. And when I tried it, I realized how amazing a session is and how it goes far beyond what the mind can comprehend.

Consciousness is the ability to be present in your life in every moment, without judgment of you or anyone else.

Consciousness includes everything with no judgment.

You can judge something as correct or incorrect, good or bad, it doesn’t matter: it’s judgment. Judgment is not real and it creates separation. Having judgment disappear from our universe allows us to create anything. That’s the gift of no judgment. You can access the infinite possibilities.

And all it takes to go from judgment to consciousness is your choice.

✨ There are many more possibilities with our body than we can imagine…

We have been taught and have bought into many lies about what our body is and is not capable of, how it should be, look, age...

Our body is not just the vehicle in which we incarnate. Our body allows us to experience pleasure in many forms, to have connection and communion with ourselves, with others, and with the entire reality. It’s a miracle that holds information, wisdom, and infinite possibilities.

A week ago, I spent three days in a beautiful place with a spectacular view (on Sydney Northern Beaches) giving and receiving Access body processes and learning and experiencing more about the energetic work and transformation that can be created when we include our bodies. And my body enjoyed it more than I can express in words!! 🥰

Thank you for you, for a fabulous class, and for creating a wonderful space to create magic in and with our bodies. 🧡✨

What else is possible now that wasn’t possible before?

💫 What energy, space, consciousness, choice, magic, miracles, mysteries, possibilities, power, and potency can we and our bodies be to create a world of possibilities beyond this reality?
