Ask the Teacher workshop testimonial-

“Ask the Teacher was so good. It is a perfect workshop to understand the dynamics and subtleties of the poses as well as realise the felt experience of what we are trying to achieve- thanks Emily loved it”

Ask the Teacher was such a great format- we all sat round geeking out on yoga, drinking coffee and getting little ah-ha moments about the practise that will stay with you for life- perfection!

I’ll put this one on again- watch this space 🤓
