Starting the Week with a Creative Splash!
R U OK? Day is one of the notable events for this September, reminding us to check in with those around us, start meaningful conversations, and support mental health. The day encourages us to ask, “Are you okay?” — but more importantly, to listen with care, encourage action, and follow up afterwards. And of course, these conversations shouldn’t just happen once a year — they’re something we can do anytime.
At Livability Care Australia, we were grateful to have R U OK? Day Ambassador Andrew present an inspiring session at our office, sharing valuable insights on the importance of connection and support. Afterwards, we embraced the spirit of the day with some lighthearted fun — because a happy workplace is a productive one! Our team enjoyed creating newspaper fashion masterpieces, complete with styling by the LCA “make-up crew,” before showcasing them on the Cotton (Red) Carpet.
We also had extra reason to celebrate — wishing a big happy birthday to Kim and Raj! 🎂
