Marslen Chiropractic Centre By providing hands-on chiropractic care and health education we aim to help people become the best version of themselves.

Marslen Chiropractic is a family owned, family run chiropractic clinic in Maylands, Perth. We look after the whole family, caring for a range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, headaches, migraines, and nerve pain. We commonly see extremity problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica, and various foot and knee problems. We are highly qualified in chiropractic paediatrics (children’s care), and we offer pregnancy and sports care. We have an on-site state of the art X-ray machine and other excellent facilities.

Struggling to fall asleep, or stay asleep?

Patients often wonder why I ask this question at a Chiro appointment! Truth is, it tells me a lot about where you’re living in your nervous system - your parasympathetics (rest and digest) or your sympathetic (fight flight).

If you’re highly stressed, it also tells me whether or not you can wind down, or whether you stay in your fight flight, your body waking regularly through the night to check for danger.

There are super simple tools you can use to get better sleep! The first step is understanding how this neurology works - the second is learning how to regulate it.

Steph here - First day back at today… and of course I forgot to take a photo 😅
so here’s an old one!

I’ve loved maternity leave, but I’m excited to be back in clinic, seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and being hands on again 🤗

A little reintroduction for anyone new around here:

🐣 New mum to a busy 5-month-old boy
🤓 Chiropractor for almost a decade
🌴 Spent the last few years in Far North QLD & Broome
📍Now practicing at in Perth

Funnily enough I never planned to be a Chiro (both my parents are!)… until I joined a chiropractic outreach trip to India and witnessed some incredible moments. I changed my uni enrolment to Chiro and here we are.

After graduating I worked in Perth, completed my 2-year postgraduate Diplomate in Paediatrics, and now sit on the Australian College of Chiropractic Paediatrics board. I’ve been out of Perth for 3 years, first working in Far North Queensland before opening in Broome, which I loved for its beachy lifestyle and strong sense of community 🌴

Now, we’re back home in Perth to raise our little boy close to family, and I’m back in practice part-time at , with very limited hours to start ☺️

I love what I do - helping people feel better, supporting families, and being part of your health journey. If we’ve worked together before, I can’t wait to see you again! And if we haven’t met yet, I’d love to connect - feel free to send us a message anytime 😊

Happy Monday! Another busy week ahead at caring for your spines 🤓

Did you know that while we use manual chiropractic adjustments, we also use gentle, non manual techniques? This is because while some of us love the pop (🙋🏼‍♀️) some people aren’t a fan - and that’s totally ok! Our job is to take care of you, and we have lots of different techniques we can use to ensure the best fit and the best results.

Pictured here .chiro uses the drop piece. This is a section of the table that lifts up. We then contact the area we want to adjust, for example the sacroiliac joint, and the table drops down. Some people find this more comfortable and preferable to a side-lying adjustment.
