Ever started treatment and felt worse before things improved? You’re not alone. This reaction is often part of the body’s detox process — as toxins and pathogens are broken down, your system has to work harder to flush them out.

Symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, digestive upset or skin flare-ups don’t always mean something’s gone wrong. In many cases, they’re a sign your body is actively healing.

The key is knowing how to support your detox pathways so you can move through this phase with more ease.

“Your labs are normal.”

It’s a phrase so many patients hear and one of the most dangerous.

Because here’s the truth: normal doesn’t mean healthy.

Lab ranges are based on population averages (and most of our population is sick!). They're not what’s truly optimal for your body. You can be told everything is “fine” while still battling tick borne diseases or toxic mould.

By the time standard labs flag a problem, dysfunction may have been building for years. That’s why functional and integrative approaches look deeper at optimal ranges, patterns, and how your body is actually functioning.

If you feel unwell but your labs say otherwise, don’t ignore your symptoms. Trust what your body is telling you and keep asking questions.

👉 Who else has had “normal” tests when you're desperately unhealthy?

Constant exposure to blue light (especially after sunset) keeps the body in a mild sympathetic “fight-or-flight” state, instead of shifting into the parasympathetic “rest-and-digest” state.

This means higher baseline cortisol, less recovery, and less resilience to stress.

Blue light blocking glasses are my sanity saver.

Now I'm just praying for a seat mate who doesn't wriggle all night!

Most people think you can only have Lyme disease if you see the classic bullseye rash… but that’s far from the truth.

âś” Bullseye rashes appear in only 32% of Lyme infections
✔ In the Australian types of relapsing fever, they’re almost never seen

This means waiting for a rash could delay your diagnosis and treatment. Lyme disease shows up in many different ways—fatigue, pain, neurological symptoms, gut issues —and not everyone looks the same.

Don’t wait for a rash. Know the other signs.

Lyme is often called “The Great Imitator” and for good reason.
Its symptoms can look exactly like MS, fibromyalgia, or ME/CFS, leaving many people misdiagnosed for years.

The overlap in pain, fatigue, and neurological symptoms makes it difficult to pinpoint without the right testing and guidance.

If you’ve been struggling with symptoms that never seem to add up, Lyme might be part of the puzzle.

Just because it’s “natural” doesn’t mean it’s harmless.
Blackseed oil, herbs, and supplements can be powerful medicines—but when used at the wrong time or in the wrong dose, they can make you feel worse, not better.

Lyme and oher tick borne diseases look different in the acute vs the chronic stages.

When early detection can save yeasrs of sufffering, learning what to look for can make all the difference.

The harsh truth about healing from complex and chronic illness? It takes years.
The longer you’ve been unwell, the slower you need to go, and that’s okay.

You can heal, but you need a clear, step-by-step plan and someone experienced enough to guide you through it.
Because the truth is, you can’t heal by piecing together treatments from specialists who only see one part of the picture.

Chronic illnesses like Lyme, toxic mould and MCAS affect your entire body, and recovery takes a whole-body approach, patience, and consistency.

If you’re ready to stop trying to figure it all out alone and finally do the hard work that leads to real healing, I’m here to help you build that plan together.

Book your free call today and let’s take the first step together.

“You’re wasting your money and losing your health by throwing spaghetti at the wall on your own.”

Every time you buy a random supplement an influencer recommended, or copy someone else’s protocol, you’re wasting time, money—and likely getting sicker in the process.

What actually works is structure.

Build a team.
Healing from Lyme, mould, or chronic illness isn’t a solo mission.

You need guidance, accountability, and a strategy that’s designed for you.
