Welcome Sarah!

Sarah is the newest Osteo to join the Seaside Team!

Sarah is a dedicated Osteopath who graduated from RMIT University in 2023.
She has a keen passion for helping people manage and overcome their pain, with a particular interest in treating headaches 🤕 and jaw pain🦷
Sarah also enjoys working with local sporting clubs 🏈⚽️🏏 providing care for acute injuries and supporting athletes in their recovery.
As a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor, Sarah combines her osteopathic knowledge with movement-based rehabilitation to guide patients through their recovery journey — helping them restore function, build strength, and return to doing what they love.

This is the perfect way to celebrate as one big family 🐸
