Hi I’m Amy , I’m a mental fitness coach and the founder of The Epic Life Co. and I rebuilt my life in my 40s after depression, divorce and betrayal.

by building real self worth, emotional intelligence and the capacity to handle life when it gets hard.

Because life keeps on lifeing and most people were never taught how to really move through it.

I’ve spent over 25 years coaching thousands of women, starting in fitness and now specialising in mental fitness.

At some point you have to face it or you’ll start projecting that pain onto the people you love most, kids, partner

And you might not even realise you’re doing it, until the guilt kicks in

There’s still pain sitting under the surface that no one ever taught you how to actually deal with, so it leaks

Into your reactions, relationships, the way you show up when your feeling uncertainty.

This is the stuff most people try to avoid or just “manage” their whole life

That’s why I created Epic Base

Not another place to just talk about your problems but a space where you actually learn how to process them

So you stop repeating the same patterns, stop abandoning yourself
and finally feel calm, clear and in control of how you respond.
